Helping Writers to Rise and Thrive

Turn Your Writing Into a Lucrative (And Fun) Public Speaking Career

Saturdays, 10 a.m. to noon, May 14 and May 21
Dan Woog
2 sessions, $125

The hard part – your book – is done. Now comes the harder part: talking about it.

Even the best writers quake at the thought of speaking in public. But talking about your book is not only an important sales tool – it can also lead to a well-paying second career.

The first session of this two-part workshop helps you identify potential audiences, market yourself, and craft a compelling speech. The second part critiques the delivery of the speech you’ll write. It’s fun, interactive – and a great way to ease into public speaking.

Session 1: Saturday May 14 10 a.m. – 12 noon
Session 2: Saturday May 21 10 a.m. – 12 noon

Dan Woog has written 17 books and thousands of blog posts, newspaper columns and magazine stories. He’s also delivered countless speeches across the country, and is a frequent guest on TV and radio. His “06880” blog is at www.danwoog06880.com, and his website is www.danwoog.com.
