How to Get Published in the Harvard Review and Other Top Literary Journals

In this master class for writers, Christina Thompson will discuss how writers can best approach becoming published in the Harvard Review and other top journals.

Optional: Ms. Thompson will give feedback on a maximum of 3 double spaced manuscript pages from each attendee. Copies of the manuscripts will be shared with the class so everyone can learn from her constructive critique. Writers should submit their pages to info @ fcwritersstudio.com no later than September 14. The cost is $20.

Writers who wish to get Ms. Thompson’s feedback should also select the option ‘Optional: Feedback on Manuscript’ when registering, and pay the $20 fee.

Christina Thompson is the editor of the Harvard Review. She is the author of “Come On Shore and We Will Kill and Eat You All,” an unusual and compelling combination of history and memoir inspired by the author’s relationship with her Maori husband. Her essays and articles have appeared in numerous journals, including Vogue, American Scholar, the Journal of Pacific History, Australian Literary Studies, and in the 1999, 2000, and 2006 editions of Best Australian Essays. She lives near Boston with her husband and three sons.
