Examine, refine and execute the elements of memoir writing in this workshop.

You will take your memoir writing to the next level, learning how to best present, revise and strengthen your story. We will address “truth,” voice, point-of-view, narrative elements and more, doing all that we can to help make your story sing.

This is a hands-on, engaged workshop. Writers may bring in up to five pages each week to share with others around the table, and will be encouraged to comment and strengthen each others’ work. The goal is to strengthen, polish and move along each story toward publication.

Note: You must have the instructor’s approval prior to joining this class, and you should be well-read in the memoir genre. (Memoir writers new to the table are welcome to enroll in Writing Your Memoir, Level One, here).

Maximum six students.
